QUALIFICATION

At least Senior High Graduate/ High School Graduate, college level is an advantage

With work experience in selling merchandiser an advantage

Background in retail operations

Willing to work and shifting schedule, extended hours including holidays

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PRODUCT

-responsible to all the outright/assigned items/brands in the selling area/warehouse

DISPLAY

-ensure that the items are well-replenished, in good condition, and maintain the cleanliness of the assigned module/category

SALES

-interacts with the customer to provide information in response to inquiries

-assist the client to provide the needed specifications of the product/item, up to the check-out payment

-ensures to reach the monthly sales quota based on the established incentive program

-assist on the check-out process to define whether it is a pick-up or delivery

INVENTORY

-acknowledges items received in the receiving area and checks the receiving report versus actual items received for the selling area

-monitors all items on the assigned department- which includes updated barcode tags, complied bin tags, and other labels as required by the government such as but not limited to ICC/PS stickers

-conducts cycle count on a weekly and monthly basis and responsible to missing/damaged/loose inventory

-provides monthly inventory count sheet report and feedback to fast and slow-moving items to store officer

-ensures proper ordering/storing of stocks in selling area and warehouses

-Other activities related to the role will be delegated as needed from time to time
