The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that the company's products are properly displayed, stocked, and available at assigned stores or outlets. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, arranging attractive product displays, implementing promotional activities, and maintaining good relationships with store personnel to maximize product visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities – Logistics Merchandiser

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels by coordinating with the warehouse and ensuring timely replenishment of stocks.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and availability of products at assigned stores or customers.
• Verify stock movement, deliveries, and product returns, and promptly report any discrepancies or damaged items.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory, delivery, and merchandising reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least College Level.
• With good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be familiar with Mindoro and nearby areas.
• Must own a motorcycle.
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Willing to learn and adapt to company policies and procedures.
• Multi-tasking, motivated, energetic, trustworthy, flexible, and detail-oriented.
• Can start ASAP.
