• Arrange and display products on shelves according to company standards and planograms
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of product displays
• Check product expiration dates and remove damaged or expired items
• Implement promotional activities and pricing updates
• Build good relationships with store personnel and customers
• Conduct regular inventory checks and submit reports
• Observe market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or College Level
• With experience in merchandising, retail, or sales is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to do field work
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Willing to travel or be assigned to different store locations
