Description
- Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to make informed merchandising decisions.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Coordinate and execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation.
- Monitor and report on merchandise performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute promotional activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong merchandising and inventory management skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to perform under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
