- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess stock.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.
- Assist in organizing marketing displays and promotional events.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Inventory Management, Quality Management, and Supply Chain Management.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail or wholesale environment.
