Job Requirements

• Senior High School graduate or College Level in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in merchandising, retail, or sales (preferably in hardware or home improvement stores).
• Experience in product display, inventory monitoring, and visual merchandising is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in merchandising standards and product placement.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, or inventory systems).
• With pleasing personality

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines, planograms, and display directives provided by headquarters or the Merchandising Manager.
• Create eye-catching, informative, and cohesive product displays, window displays, and in-store promotions to drive customer traffic and purchases.
• Ensure all signage, pricing tags, and promotional materials are current, correctly placed, and clearly visible.
• Optimize the placement of products on shelves, racks, and fixtures based on sales data, promotional strategies, and customer flow (traffic patterns).
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure inventory is fully stocked, organized, and properly rotated.
• Communicate stock-outs, low inventory levels, and damaged items to the Store Manager or Inventory Team.
