Description
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock levels effectively.
- Train staff on product knowledge and visual presentation.
- Create attractive displays to enhance customer experience.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Must have at least a High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in product display, inventory management, and customer service.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with potential for weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive individuals are preferred.
