Merchandising

Ensure that products are properly displayed and stocked in retail stores, including arranging products in an appealing, accessible, and organized manner.
Implement visual merchandising plans in alignment with company guidelines and promotional strategies.
Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels, identify low stock, and reorder products as necessary.
Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to determine product placement and promotion strategies.
Assist with product rotation to ensure that fresh or newly launched items are front and center.
Provide feedback on product performance, customer preferences, and trends to help optimize sales strategies.
Maintain an understanding of competitor products, pricing, and merchandising tactics.

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good attention to detail with a keen eye for visual presentation and design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with store teams and customers.
