To ensure product availability and visibility in the assigned retail outlets by restocking shelves from warehouse inventory; observe inventory levels and prompting store management when inventory levels appear low. 

1. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

KRA # 1: Ensure 100% Sales Target Achievement. 

• Regular tracking of accounts sales performance to ensure 100% target achievement
• Growth achieved over last year sales. 
• Ensure proper implementation of sales promotions. 
• Maintain good business relationship with the store personnel, section head and managers.

KRA # 2: Planogram and Merchandise Display

• Ensure to maintain the 40% market share for the specialty and copy paper category.
• Increase market share of fine arts category by 5%. 
• Merchandising display should not be lower than 40% of the total display area.
• Conduct weekly inventory for the fast moving items and monthly inventory for slow moving items. 
• Maintain proper stock inventory level.
• Ensure proper implementation of merchandise planogram. .

1. At lease High School or College Level
2. With at lease 1-2 years related experience on the same field. 
3. With interpersonal and good communication skills. 
4. Basic understanding on Merchandising Planogram. 
5. Knowledge on dealing with customers. 
6. With Selling Skills.
