MEPF fit out manager

KEY ROLE:

This is a managerial role. You are expected to CREATE and LEAD a team for Interior Fit Our Renovations inside the Malls. Project site will be found in the different location in Luzon. Hence, you may be assigned in provincial sites (Lodging and allowances will be provided)

We will be looking into 3 qualities. 1.) How rich your previous work experience, 2.) Energy and Enthusiastic outlook and 3.) Efficiency in your decision making and problem solving skills.

It's a plus if you know the fundamentals of Electrical and Aircon Works.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Team Leader
• Constant coordination with the 3 parties: Mall Administration, Cityhall Engineering Office and Workswell Renovations Team (The tier: Architect, Purchaser and Project Head)
• Daily Reporting
• Solve problems encountered
• Forecasting of Materials and Methodology
• Documentation
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and material availability
