JOB SUMMARY:

The MEPF Engineer - Electrical is a responsible for the design, coordination, and implementation of electrical system within building projects. This role ensures that electrical components are integrated seamlessly with mechanical, plumbing and fire protection system, adhering to safety standards, local codes, and project timelines.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Design, review, and implement electrical system for building project, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.

* Coordinate with mechanical, Plumbing, and fire protection teams to ensure integrated MEPF solutions.

* Prepare electrical load calculations, single-line diagrams, riser diagrams, and panel schedules.

* Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local codes.

* Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors during all project phases.

* Review Shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs related to electrical system.

* Ensure timely delivery of electrical design and documentation for permitting and construction.

* Support commissioning activities and resolve electrical system issues during construction and handover.

* Preparation and supervision of Jobsite, and Temfacil electrical works and requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.

* PRC Licensed (Preferred but not Mandatory)

EXPERIENCE:

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical design and implementation for building projects.

* Proven tracks records in MEPF coordination and construction support.

* Experience in commercial, residential or industrial projects is a plus.
