Job Description

  • The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's/college degree in engineering (mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • With MEPFS background
  • Knowledge in ESTIMATING
  • Willing to work overtime during deadlines and biddings.
  • Knowledge in CSD, AutoCAD & other MEPFS software, MS Excel


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reports to the Operations Manager, and in his absence, to the President.
  • Interpret all technical plans and specifications and coordinate with design engineers and operations on the technical aspects of construction activities.
  • Oversees and evaluates project status and recommends correctible action and control measures for proper and timely execution of project
  • Analyzes mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing/sanitary engineering problems and formulates solutions.
  • Advises the project manager on the progress, accomplishments, problems, and actions for the execution of construction.
  • Implements the contractor's quality and assurance and quality plans to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications and other contract documents.
  • Evaluates and recommends work progress accomplishment against planned schedule, progress billings, and change order.
  • Conducts inspection and prepares a punch list report of all items that need correction/repair or rectification within the specified period.
  • Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
