About the role

4VC Construction and Design is a growing firm handling projects from concept to completion. We're building a team that's not afraid to wear multiple hats, grow fast, and be part of something from the ground up. This role sits at the heart of our design work — and as our operations expand, so will your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and interior design drawings and construction documents
• Develop 2D and 3D models using SketchUp, Revit, and AutoCAD
• Produce renderings and visual presentations for client use
• Revise drawings based on feedback from architects and project managers
• Assist in as-built drawings and site coordination
• Ensure drawings meet company standards and project specs

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Architecture or Interior Design
• Proficient in SketchUp, Revit, and AutoCAD
• Skilled in architectural rendering and visualization
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Fresh graduates welcome — relevant experience is a plus
