Job Description
Description
- Ensure that administrative functions are done. (e.g. Travel Order, Request for Payment and Update of Schedule).
- Ensure that Operation supports are done. (e.g. Follow-up clients, requests for operations materials and consumables).
- Prepare and/or edit technical documents/drawings needed for the projects.
- Ensure that safety regulations and policies are adhered.
- Follows organization’s guidelines and policy on Quality, Environment, Safety and Health (QESH).
- Commitment to responsibility and participation in the Quality, Environment, Safety & Health, and CSR programs and activities of the organization.
- Performs other job-related duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
Requirement
- Knowledge on Occupational Safety and Health
- Proficient skills in using office applications such as Word, Spreadsheet, Presentation and outlook.
- College Level of any Technical Course or Bachelor Degree.
- Open minded, responsible, fair and consistent.
- Must be resourceful and well organized.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to relate to all levels of management and staff.
