Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder

• With at least 3 years of experience as Business Solutions Specialist in healthcare/medical.

• With experience in sales for non Life HMO/Medical.

• Amendable to work at BGC Taguig.

• Amendable to attend interview.

• Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities and challenges, and develop effective solutions, services, and programs to address them.

• Stay updated on the latest market trends, industry developments, and product knowledge to support business growth.

• Develop and implement strategies to promote the company’s healthcare services, including Utilization Management and TPA programs.

• Design and introduce new products, services, and cost-containment programs to enhance business performance and client value.

• Implement business strategies and monitor their progress to ensure goals and targets are achieved.
