At Level Up Talent Solutions, we are seeking a Lean-Pro Sales Representative to support a client in the laboratory and diagnostic industry. The role focuses on promoting services, generating new business opportunities, and building strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Promote and sell laboratory and diagnostic services to prospective and existing clients.

● Identify and pursue new business leads and sales opportunities.

● Explain available services, packages, and general service information clearly and professionally.

● Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and clients.

● Build and strengthen long-term customer and business relationships.

● Coordinate with internal teams to support client inquiries, bookings, and service requests.

● Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

● Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

Qualifications & Experience

●     College graduate in any relevant field.

●     Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

●     Goal-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.

●     Able to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales activities efficiently.

●     Professional and confident when communicating with clients.

Preferred Experience

●     Medical, healthcare, laboratory, or diagnostic industry background.

● Previous experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.

● Familiarity with laboratory and diagnostic services is an advantage.
