Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, Associate Graduate, or College Level
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in a local or international voice account is an advantage but not required
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for patient satisfaction
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound phone calls
• Able to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig City

Job Description

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email and online inquiries from patients
• Confirm appointments and conduct outbound calls for patient follow-ups and retention
• Provide accurate information regarding services, schedules, and patient concerns
• Generate patient letters, reports, and other necessary documentation
• Utilize electronic medical documentation systems to update and maintain patient records
• Coordinate with patients and healthcare providers regarding appointments and follow-up care
• Ensure patient concerns are addressed professionally and promptly
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with HIPAA guidelines and company policies
• Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive patient experience throughout the care process.
