• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and service delivery.
• Coordinate daily operations and workflows within the healthcare team.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve operational goals and KPIs
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
• Ensure compliance with healthcare processes, billing standards, and client requirements
• Handle escalations and support process improvements
• Drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience Level: 2–3 years of Team Lead experience in a BPO setup handling a US Healthcare account | Experience in Hospital Billing Audit is required
• Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a diverse team
• Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented
• Working Conditions: Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas
• Experience with the EPIC Platform is an advantage
