Job Description
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Bicol Region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff.
- Conduct product presentations and provide scientific information to medical professionals.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.
Job Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to travel within the Bicol Region as required.
