Medical Representative

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     To do sales consultations / presentations to pregnant clients and OB-Gynes in top hospitals

2.     To drive up sales numbers established for the territory

3.     To do cold calling activities, join sales and marketing events, obtain leads and convert into sales

4.     To do prospecting and follow up calls, make appointments to meet clients and do persuasive sales presentations

5.     To achieve beyond sales targets and other KPIs

6.     To perform client management from point of first contact in all matters e.g. reporting lab results, change in payment modes, and other procedures affecting client accounts

7.     To develop new businesses and deliver excellent sales and after-sales accounts servicing

8.     To manage the after-office hotline (on rotation)

9.     To liaise with OB-Gynes, clinics, and hospital delivery rooms for training on set SOP’s in line with FACT inspection

10.  To perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma / Degree in Sales/Marketing or Science or related field preferred
• At least 1year experience in field sales and marketing with proven track record

• Positive disposition, critical and quick-thinking
• Independent, self-driven, pleasant and dynamic personality

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• Willing to work irregular hours to close deals
•  Able to work under pressure and meet sales target
• Mondays to Fridays - 8am to 5pm
•  Alternate Saturdays – 8am to 4 pm
• Above minimum salary, allowances and sales incentives
