We are looking for a Medical Evaluator (Licensed Physician) to assess seafarers and overseas workers with medical findings and determine fitness for deployment based on established medical standards and applicable guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Medical Doctor in the Philippines
• At least 2 years of clinical practice
• Available to start immediately
• Preferably with MOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) training
• Experience in conducting Pre Employment Medical Examination or Occupational Health is an advantage
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver lectures/presentations on health-related topics
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Flexible and adaptable
• Willing to undertake additional responsibilities as required

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review, assess medical results with findings and determine appropriate management plans
• Conduct medical interviews and consultations
• Prescribe medications and request additional diagnostics as needed
• Refer examinees to specialists when indicated
• Provide health counseling, including guidance on medication adherence and lifestyle/diet modifications
• Conduct health awareness lectures/seminars as needed (may be subject to additional compensation)
