About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Variance Trading Corporation as a Field Application Specialist (RadTech | MedTech). As a full-time employee, you will be based in Quezon City Metro Manila, with the opportunity to work on-site and liaise with healthcare professionals across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Providing technical support and training to customers on the use of medical devices and instruments
• Conducting demonstrations to educate healthcare providers on the latest product features and applications
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify and address customer needs, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product advancements to provide valuable expertise to customers
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and technical support activities

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Radiologic Technology, Medical Technology, or any related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or application specialist role within the medical technology industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively train and support healthcare professionals
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend industry events as needed
