About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a MEDTECH to join the team at Kaiser Medical Center'. This is a full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to the company's medical and pharmaceutical operations.

What you'll be doing

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for medical devices and equipment used by the company
• Conducting regular maintenance and calibration of medical equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Assisting with the implementation and testing of new medical technologies and products
• Collaborating with the medical and pharmaceutical teams to identify and address technical issues
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all technical activities
• Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant safety and regulatory standards

What we're looking for

• Relevant technical certification or diploma in a medical, pharmaceutical or engineering discipline
• A minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar medical technology role
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
• Up-to-date knowledge of medical equipment, devices and technologies
• Demonstrable understanding of industry regulations and safety standards
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
