TL AISA:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field

Certification by ASCP, AMT, or equivalent

Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical laboratory experience

Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Ability to work independently and in a team

Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS)

Good communication and organizational skills

Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on patient samples

Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment

Analyze test results and report findings to physicians

Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards

Prepare reagents and specimens for testing

Maintain accurate records of test results and quality control data

Participate in proficiency testing and laboratory audits

Troubleshoot equipment and testing issues

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care

Train and mentor junior laboratory staff
