Description
- Review and analyze x-ray images for encoding purposes.
- Ensure accurate data entry in healthcare systems.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to ensure data integrity.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on coding practices and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Health Information Management or Radiologic Technology
- Experience Level: Junior: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Working Conditions: May require extended periods of sitting and viewing digital screens
