Qualifications
- 2–3 years of medical coding experience
- Proficient in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
- Active PRC license
- Active CPC or CMC certification
- Bill review experience is an advantage but not required
Job Responsibilities
- Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes to medical records.
- Review medical documentation to ensure coding accuracy and compliance.
- Perform bill reviews when required.
- Resolve coding discrepancies and support reimbursement processes.
- Adhere to coding guidelines, regulatory standards, and company policies.
