Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. As a Voice CSR, you will handle customer inquiries and provide professional assistance through inbound or outbound calls while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer concerns and inquiries through phone calls.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and account concerns.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and update account information.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet established performance and customer service targets.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
• With or without BPO experience.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-service oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
