Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of Healthcare AR Collections experience (Healthcare BPO International)
• Educational attainment at least 2nd year college undergrad
• Familiarity with UB Claims and has knowledge in UB04 forms
• Has experience working on provider side (hospital)
• Background in calling insurance (payer) to verify claims status and payment dispute

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable (AR) collections for healthcare provider accounts in an international BPO setting.
• Follow up with insurance payers to verify claim status, payments, and resolve billing disputes.
• Review and process UB claims, ensuring accuracy in UB-04 form interpretation and documentation.
• Communicate with hospitals, providers, and insurance companies to resolve outstanding balances.
• Investigate denied or unpaid claims and initiate appropriate follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate records of claim activities, payments, and collection efforts.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing guidelines, payer requirements, and company policies.
