- Coordinate patient scheduling and appointments
- Provide front desk and administrative support
- Assist healthcare professionals in ensuring smooth clinic operations
- Maintain accurate patient records and files
- Deliver professional and compassionate service to patients
- College graduate (any course)
- A degree in Nursing is an advantage but not required
- With or without experience as a Medical Coordinator or Receptionist
- Willing to undergo training
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle administrative and patient-related tasks
- Can work well independently and as part of a team
