Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, images, videos, reels)

Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner

Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas

Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions

Track performance using analytics tools (reach, engagement, conversions)

Coordinate with designers, videographers, and marketing team

Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

Handle basic customer service through social media channels

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

Experience in social media management is an advantage

Familiarity with social media tools and platforms

Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus
