RichAds Campaign Management

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns primarily through RichAds
• Optimize Push Notification, In-Page Push, Popunder, and Direct Click campaigns to achieve user acquisition and revenue targets
• Build campaign structures based on:
• GEO
• Carrier (Globe / Smart)
• Device Type
• Operating System
• Audience Segments
• Manage and optimize:
• CPC
• SmartCPM
• CPA bidding models
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization strategies
• Develop whitelist and blacklist strategies to maximize traffic quality and campaign profitability
• Identify and scale winning placements, publishers, zones, and creatives

Traffic Optimization & Scaling

• Analyze traffic quality and conversion performance
• Improve key metrics including:
• CTR
• Conversion Rate (CR)
• CPA
• ROI / ROAS
• EPC
• LTV
• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining acquisition targets
• Conduct extensive creative testing and landing page optimization initiatives

Funnel Tracking & Analytics

• Track and optimize the complete funnel:
• Click
• Registration
• First Deposit
• Retention
• Utilize tracking tools such as:
• Voluum
• RedTrack
• Binom
• Generate daily and weekly reports highlighting performance insights and growth opportunities

Mandatory Requirements

RichAds Expertise (Required)

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience running RichAds campaigns
• Proven experience managing:
• Push Notifications
• In-Page Push
• Popunder Traffic
• Direct Click Campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to independently launch, optimize, and scale profitable campaigns
• Strong understanding of:
• Zone Optimization
• Publisher Analysis
• Whitelist / Blacklist Management
• Bid Adjustments
• Creative Testing Frameworks
• Experience handling monthly advertising budgets and scaling campaigns profitably
