1. Social Media & Content Development:

• Manage and grow Jobley’s social media platforms (X/Twitter, later Facebook & LinkedIn). Create engaging content for awareness, credibility, and lead generation. Collaborate with Sales, Career Support, and Marketing teams for aligned content.
• Support campaign strategy, planning, and execution.

2. Owned Media Content Creation:

• Write and edit articles aligned with Jobley’s content strategy. Conduct research to produce audience-relevant content. Support global PR initiatives through stakeholder content.

3. U.S. News Monitoring:

• Track and share daily U.S. news relevant to healthcare recruitment and policy. Keep leadership and teams informed of trends and industry shifts

4. Additional Support:

• Contribute to communications, marketing, and research projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English.
• 3+ years professional writing experience (English, external audiences).
• Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms
• Ability to conduct research and create high-quality content independently.
• Advanced experience in visual and video content creation.
• Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare industry, labor market, or policy landscape.
• Journalism or communications background with extensive writing experience.
