URGENTLY HIRING: FB ADS MANAGER
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Job description:
- Work closely with the marketing manager and the marketing team to develop Facebook & Instagram advertising strategies that align with their goals and target audiences.
- Create compelling and effective Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns, including ad copy, creative assets, and landing page optimization.
- Utilize Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager to define and refine audience segments for maximum ad relevance and ROI.
- Monitor and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spend.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Proficiency with Meta Pixel implementation, setup of Conversion API, and troubleshooting tracking issues to accurately measure conversions.
- Knowledge in video/photo editing tools.
- Automate CRM system leads to generate better leads and audience.
- Experience in aesthetic clinic / beauty industry / call center is an advantage.
- Can start ASAP.
