Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering

• Work experience of 3 years in any manufacturing industry

• Experience in manufacturing of nails (paco), screws, or industries that operate wire drawing machines

• Proven experience as hands-on supervisor

• Should be detail oriented, tast learner, and adaptive to a fast-paced work environment

• Possesses exceptional communication and interpersona

Responsibilities

Performs hands-on work in the extrusion of welding electrodes

• Supervise and lead the team in the machine line

• Conduct regular maintenance (e.g. greasing) of machines and equipment

• Ensure all subordinates adhere to safety policies

• Produce production reports for outputs of wire drawing and cutting machines
