- Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians to carry out repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Machine Setup, Technical Abilities, Equipment Knowledge, Safety Compliance, Leadership, Communication, Problem-Solving
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential exposure to hazards
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, proactive and detail-oriented
