The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the technical team responsible for the upkeep, repair, and safety of all food manufacturing equipment and facility utilities. Your primary goal is to oversee preventive maintenance schedules, manage rapid-response troubleshooting for an active 24/7 production floor, and minimize equipment-related delays.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Registered/Licensed Engineers are highly preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of solid experience in plant maintenance, ideally within a food manufacturing, beverage, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in reading electrical diagrams, mechanical blueprints, and troubleshooting automated systems (PLCs, sensors, and variable frequency drives).
• Leadership & Traits: Proven team leadership skills, excellent stress-tolerance under pressure, and a strong sense of urgency.
