- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for facility equipment and systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment reliability.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support as required.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience in maintenance management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of maintenance management systems and procedures
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor settings and facility grounds
