• In charge or repair, troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment

• Checks equipment and completes maintenance checklist.

• Result-oriented and a Team Player

• Checks busted lights, wirings and other things that need repair and advises Manager on Duty.

• Makes recommendations on repair and maintenance of equipment.

• Assists Manager on Duty in supervising maintenance work done by contractors.

• Assists in monitoring cleanliness of the parking lot, back area and restrooms.

• Cleans glass windows and front area as needed.

• Provides carpentry tasks for furniture and materials needed by the Company.

• Helps out in the construction, repair and maintenance of restaurants and head office.

• Store maintenance/ handyman

• Knowledge and skills in electrical, mechanical, ref, air conditioning repairs is an advantage

• Result-oriented and a Team Player

• Flexible, hardworking and has the ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations
