Job Requirements:

• At least High School Graduate; Vocational/Technical training in repair or craftsmanship is an advantage
• With or without experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Trustworthy, reliable, and customer-service oriented
• Willing to undergo training in Rimowa repair standards
• Physically fit and able to handle workshop tools and equipment
• Can work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Perform repair, restoration, and maintenance of Rimowa luggage and products.
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship in line with Rimowa’s standards.
• Diagnose product issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
• Handle tools and equipment properly to carry out repairs safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Craftsman Workshop / Repair Area.
• Accurately record and report repair activities, timelines, and materials used.
• Provide excellent customer service support by explaining repair processes when required.
• Collaborate with store staff and customer care team for after-sales service.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality policies.
• Perform other duties related to repair and maintenance as assigned.
