Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily plant maintenance operations
• Ensure all equipment and machinery are in optimal working condition
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Manage and lead the maintenance team, providing technical guidance
• Coordinate with the production team to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards
• Monitor maintenance budget and spare parts inventory

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer is an advantage
• At least 5–10 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems
• Experience in handling production equipment and plant utilities
• Proven leadership and team management skills
