Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Monday to Saturday Includes mandatory 4 hours paid overtime

Job Summary

• Leads daily maintenance operations
• Coordinates manpower and resources
• Oversees mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Ensures minimal downtime and timely task completion
• Prepares and analyzes maintenance reports
• Works with engineering, maintenance, and line teams
• Manages large teams for smooth operations

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct daily maintenance meetings
• Allocate manpower effectively
• Supervise maintenance activities
• Ensure tasks are completed on time
• Oversee mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Prepare and analyze maintenance reports
• Report directly to executives (VP of Operations)
• Manage large groups across engineering and maintenance teams

Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer:
• Registered Mechanical Engineer or
• Registered Electrical Engineer
• At least 5 years experience in the manufacturing industry
• Proven leadership/supervisory/people management experience
• Experience handling large teams
