Engineering Maintenance Foreman

- Manage and coordinate the daily maintenance activities of the electrical and/or mechanical systems
- Oversee the work of maintenance technicians and ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth plant operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
