JOB TITLE: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

1.Perform routine preventive maintenance on CNC machines, manual machines, compressors, and other shop equipment according to maintenance schedules.

2.Replace worn or damaged parts such as belts, bearings, filters, and sensors.

TROUBLESHOOTING & REPAIRS

1.Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues affecting machine performance.

2.Repair or replace faulty components, wiring, sensors, motors and control panels.

3.Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

CALIBRATION & ALIGNMENT

1.Calibrate machine axes and alignments to ensure machining accuracy

2.Assist in maintaining the accuracy of CNC equipment on coordination with the quality team.

DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING

1.Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and repair documentation

2.Report recurring issues and propose long term corrective actions.

MACHINE INSTALLATION & UPGRADES

1.Assist with the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment.

2.Perform machine upgrades and modifications as required.

SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

1.Follow all safety protocols when working with high voltage or moving components.

2.Ensure all equipment is maintained in compliance with workplace safety and environmental standards.

INVENTORY & TOOL CONTROL

1.Maintain inventory of spare parts, lubricants, maintenance tools, and consumables.

2.Notify management of low stock or parts require ordering.

SUPPORT & COLLABORATION

1.Work closely with production staff, CJC operators, QA staff and management to understand machine performances issues.

2.Provide training or guidance to operators on basic equipment care when needed.

3.Offer proper support and service to supervisor.

4.Perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time; and follow the Regulations of the Factory. (Please See Appendix A)
