We are looking for a skilled and reliable Duty Engineer to join our hotel operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of hotel facilities and engineering systems during assigned shifts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
  • Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and hotel facilities
  • Supervise maintenance technicians during assigned shifts
  • Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards
  • Support preventive maintenance and energy-saving initiatives


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical course
  • Licensed Engineer or TESDA certification is an advantage
  • At least 2 years of engineering/maintenance experience, preferably in hotels or hospitality
  • Knowledgeable in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
