Education

-Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.

-Licensed Mechanical Engineer registered with the Professional Regulation

Commission of the Philippines.

Experience

-Minimum five years of experience in mechanical systems design, installation,

-Experience handling HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and rotating equipment

systems.

-Experience in preventive maintenance planning and asset management.

-Experience in site inspections and contractor supervision.

-Willing to be assigned and relocate to project sites in Central Luzon or Northern Luzon.

Job Responsibilities

-Design, install, and maintain mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and rotating equipment

-Monitor and ensure proper operation of mechanical systems across project sites

-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities

-Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment

-Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions

-Supervise contractors and ensure work is completed according to specifications

-Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies

-Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and documentation

-Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers for project execution

Technical Competence

-Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, pumps, compressors, and

other rotating equipment.

-Ability to analyze mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.

-Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and

technical specifications.

-Working knowledge of applicable standards and codes such as ASHRAE, NFPA,

the Philippine Mechanical Code, and local regulations.

Safety and Compliance

-With Safety Officer or HIRAC certification.

-Knowledge of occupational safety and health standards.

-Familiarity with risk control procedures and safe work practices.

Management and Coordination Skills

-Experience in project coordination and on-site supervision.

-Ability to supervise contractors and service providers.

-Ability to coordinate maintenance and repair activities with internal teams.
