- Conduct weekly preventive maintenance and site inspections.
- Prepare and monitor project progress reports.
- Perform system troubleshooting and technical assessments.
- Prepare project estimates, material take-offs, and cost analysis.
- Review drawings and prepare AutoCAD revisions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA Standards and applicable Fire Safety Codes.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and site personnel.
- Prepare technical reports and maintenance documentation.
