QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably licensed
• With at least 2 years of experience as Project-In-Charge / Project Engineer / Site Engineer or any related
• With experience / knowledge in PLUMBING WORKS
• Willing to work in MARULAS, VALENZUELA CITY

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Overseeing and supervising the project and conducting regular site visits (if assigned).

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set out, level and survey the site.
• Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensure that necessary materials, tools, and equipment ordered or listed by the client's representative are delivered to the project site.
• Abide and obey all plans and sketches as maybe explained and assigned to them;
• Make every reasonable attempt to complete the project on schedule;
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
• Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.
• Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
• Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involve in the project.
• Communicate with the clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors and staff delegate), including attending regular meeting to keep them informed of progress.
• Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and work of any subcontractors/direct workers and installer.
• Prepare daily activities and report.
• Prepare weekly and monthly accomplishment report. (key plan, progress photos, manpower, weather chart and accomplished activities).
• Report and resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Perform such other duties that may be reasonably assigned to him from time to time.
