• Product Development: Perform full lifecycle product development, from conceptualization and prototyping to manufacturing and implementation.

• Design & Analysis: Design systems and components using CAD software; evaluate mechanical systems by applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.
• Testing & Validation: Develop and conduct experiments and simulations to test theoretical designs and validate performance.
• Manufacturing & Optimization: Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, and efficiency; develop processes by modifying equipment for fabrication and assembly.
• Documentation & Compliance: Write technical manuals for operators and ensure all designs comply with government regulations and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Education: A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.

Licensure: A Professional Engineer (PE) license is often preferred or required for senior roles or public-facing services.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD, Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, creativity, mathematical aptitude, and communication skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
