Qualification:

• Minimum of 5 Years Experience in Design andEstimate of Mechanical System, Plumbing and ,
• Fire Protection System.
• Computer Literate and good Communication Skills
• Knowledge in using Planswift and Autocad

Job duties description:

Cost estimation and financial analysis of new projects as well as summarizing quotations and proposals.

Bid and Tender Management

- Leads the preparation and submission of bids for new projects

- Review all the tender documents and identifying potential risk

Vendor and Subcontractor Management

-Build and maintain strong relationship with suppliers and subcontractors Project Collaboration

- works in close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and clients

- provide crucial cost advice during the design and planning phases, helping to ensure that projects are designed within budget without compromising on quality or functionality.

Market and Data Analysis

- Staying informed of current market trends, material costs, and labor rates is essential.
