HEAD ENGINEER – HVAC

Job Description

The Head Engineer – HVAC is responsible for overseeing the engineering and construction activities of multiple HVAC projects. The position provides technical leadership to HVAC Engineers and site personnel and ensures projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HVAC engineering and construction activities across multiple project sites.
• Supervise and provide technical guidance to HVAC Engineers, Site Engineers, and other engineering personnel.
• Review HVAC plans, designs, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, quality, and site performance.
• Attend and represent the company in client, contractor, coordination, and project meetings.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Procurement, clients, contractors, and subcontractors on technical and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and turnover of completed HVAC projects.
• Report project status, concerns, and recommendations to Management.
